With the war for talent being far from over, Planet Talent continues to prepare highly skilled young potentials for the labour through a unique program with challenging roles, a strong development training and personal guidance.
CEO Kristel Seymus knows that the market is continuously evolving: “After more than twenty years of working with young professionals and top companies, we’re perfectly attuned to the market. We’re now using that experience to further expand the range of services we offer to young graduates and companies.”
What does that mean exactly for the young potentials that you are coaching?
Kristel: “For them, it really means an upgrade of the existing offer. In our new program, they get more training opportunities and more personal guidance at the start of their career, as well as in the years to follow.
Our sourcing model allows our young talents to navigate different roles, helping them to discover what suits them, and then to decide whether to grow into an expert role or a leadership role.
What about the companies you have as clients? What will change for them?
Kristel: “We are further strengthening our position as a quality sourcing partner. After all, our clients do not only expect strong junior employees who can hit the ground running; they also count on our long-term professional support in every phase of their digital transformation.
So we want to be more than a recruitment solution. That is why we give our customers access to our ecosystem of highly-skilled talents, like-minded experts, and companies that help each other grow.
To reinforce that ambition, we were looking for someone with demonstrable experience in the field of service optimization. And we found that profile in William Leemans.”

What made you choose William Leemans?
Kristel: “William has many years of experience in IT services, consulting, and project management. He is extremely familiar with professionalization and standardization.
And he was also no stranger to us: he had already worked with us, albeit from the customer side, in his role as Service Delivery Manager and later Business Manager at Hewlett-Packard. William's experience and insights are perfectly complementary to those of the current leadership team. Together we will achieve great things.”
How does this impact the internal leadership team?
Kristel: “The leadership team will be expanded to three people. As CEO, I will continue to monitor the company's vision and develop our future strategy.
Steven De Bruyn, our Managing Director, is in charge of the company’s day-to-day management and will focus on the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization as a whole.
And William Leemans is now joining as Service Delivery Director. His task will be to further optimize the service and the added value we bring to our customers and starters.”
